I’ve always had a fast metabolism if that’s what you want to call it but alcohol does a number on my mid-section
lol, i can eat any foods I want and burn it off, but that Svedka and beer sticks to me lol

i am 200 pounds and i wish i could do this. It looks so easy but the true it is notttttttttttttttttttt.
But it is okay may be some day i will look like the girl in this video. Have lot of fun the ones that can do this.

the getting outta bed thing is the part i cant do properly. i just stand up and lie down. she makes it look so easy.
this workout is ridiculously hard. i made it all the way to the “getting out of bed” thing. after i finished those, i died. my muscles burn and im super sweaty. at least im burning calories!
