Cultur. All I am saying is that no one has all these abilities. If they did, they would be Superman and not get injured. What you are saying is fantasy.

Of course this sport does. It’s common sense. Just THINK of what’s involved.

As for ‘greater’ qualities – who’s talking about that?

As for injuries – dude, these people are pro’s. All pro’s get injured because they compete in extreme conditions. Again, what has this got to do with the PRESENCE or ABSENCE of fitness ATTRIBUTES?

You sound like you’ve never been to school.

Cultur1st. It sounds like you are from a marketing company. If the rugby players had all these qualities, they would never get injured – but they do. In reality, no sportsman has all these qualities. I would say that Roger Federer probably has greater agility than most rugby players, Lance Armstrong, greater endurance, Usain Bolt, speed, and Evan Lysacek for co-ordination. These are all from different sports. No one sport possesses all the qualities.

@zeppy73, that is so true. Rugby players are among the fittest athletes in the world. They have all the attributes of fitness: Agility, Endurance, Strength, Balance, Coordination, Speed, Power and three more that I forgot.

Sugar Tom, Rugby players are incredibly fit! The top flight all have stength n conditioning coaches which are better for players than celebrity trainers!

Very good. The trouble is that most rugby players aren’t as fit as this. The All Blacks could do with this workout. They may stop losing then! As a Hollywood actor, Matt Damon will be much fitter than any rugby player too. The rugby players don’t have the money to train themselves and to be able to afford the best celebrity trainers like people like Victoria Beckham, Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz have.

@MrRickygee2 Exactly. Damon got bigger by eating A LOT mor food/protein and his trainer busting his butt pumping iron. These exercises are cool , but not how Damon put on his size. Also, I am not one to bash steroids….to each his own…but this was all done for a movie and many times steroids have played a role in an actor’s physical preparation for a movie role. The only way he could have got that big with just these exercises was if he was roiding.
