    whoever said some people are born with more abs is wrong. an 8 pack is an illusion. a 6 pack is actually misleading, it’s 1 large flat muscle, separated by ligaments to make it look like 6 different muscles. those 2 separations that make it look like 8 is just low low body fat that some people have better luck showing, there’s no extra abs

    no its when some people are special they have another ab muscle an average person has 3 abdominal muscles on each side but when your special your body has grown another one so there stronger than the normal people and people with a 4 pack is when there missing 2 abdominals but thats ok at least there nice

    Thank you so much. I’ve been doing this workout for atleast a month and a half now and i’ve had completely amazing progress. The other day i went and applied to be a model and i got 3 job offers. To tell you the truth though my progress really doesn’t seem satisfying to me, so looks like i’ll be doing another month of this workout and see where it takes me. Thanks for posting, really appreciated.
